At Gatorpoke, each product is made to order — printed individually just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing or fulfillment issue.


1. All Sales Are Final

Each item is printed on demand based on your selection.
Please verify your design, color, and size before placing your order.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen differences


2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

  3. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive:

  • Check your tracking link first.

  • If it’s marked as lost or undeliverable, contact us.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace the item when appropriate.


4. Cancellations


After printing begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


5. Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is entered, and the order is returned to sender:

  • You’ll need to cover re-shipping costs to the correct address.

  • We cannot issue refunds for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
